hello@dokku-app.comOpen Dokku → Settings → "Restore Purchases." This re-links your App Store purchase to the app. If the issue persists after restoring, email support@dokku-app.com with your Apple ID email.
Solo puzzle progress is saved to your device, so reinstalling or switching phones can reset it. To carry your scores, streaks, and challenge history across devices, link Sign in with Apple from Settings before switching — that data lives on your account, not just the device.
Not yet — Dokku is currently iOS only. An Android version is on our roadmap. Email hello@dokku-app.com to be notified when it launches.

Dokku collects the minimum necessary to run the app:
We do not collect precise location, financial data, contacts, or photos. We do not run third-party analytics SDKs (no Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar). We never require or collect your email, name, or phone number for any account tier.

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, in-app, from Settings → Account → Delete Account — no email request or waiting period required.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Deletion is available instantly in-app (Settings → Account → Delete Account); for any other request, email privacy@dokku-app.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Dokku does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately.
Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use of Dokku after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

The rules for using Dokku, in plain language.
By downloading or using Dokku ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Remove Ads (one-time purchase) — Purchasing Remove Ads permanently removes all banner and interstitial advertisements from the App and unlocks the Beat Your Friend challenge feature. This is a one-time, non-recurring purchase — there is no subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as approved by Apple under their refund policy.
To restore a previous purchase on a new device, use "Restore Purchases" in Settings.
Dokku creates an anonymous account automatically so you can play, use leaderboards, and send challenges without signing up. You may optionally link your account to Sign in with Apple from Settings to sync your progress across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@dokku-app.com.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account and scores without notice. Suspended accounts are blocked server-side from further leaderboard, challenge, and profile activity.
Leaderboard scores are submitted server-side via a secure Edge Function and are subject to validation. We reserve the right to remove any score we determine to be illegitimate. Challenge invitations expire after 24 hours. We are not responsible for challenges that cannot be delivered due to device or network conditions.
If you grant notification permission, Dokku may send you alerts for daily puzzle availability, challenge results, and streak reminders. You can withdraw notification permission at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Dokku.
The App, including its name, design, graphics, puzzle generation algorithms, and all content, is owned by Dokku and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOKKU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
The App integrates with third-party services including Apple Game Center, Google AdMob, and Supabase. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
